How would you describe your role?
As the Global Head of Revenue Operations, I oversee the management of financial KPIs and OKRs, conduct and present business analysis, and support GTM teams. The role requires managing and interpreting large datasets as well as addressing operational inefficiencies.
Why did you join Preqin?
Firstly, the dynamic work environment consistently challenged me to expand my skill sets and fostered a culture of growth and development. Secondly, Preqin's unique company culture, characterized by exciting social events and a range of sponsored sports teams, provided me with plenty of opportunities to meet colleagues from different business groups.
What advice would you give to someone who would like to have a career in Finance at Preqin?
I would get to know the industry that Preqin is in, understand what Preqin does, and understand how it impacts businesses. Challenge existing norms, feel comfortable with large data and learn to interpret them!
What has your career trajectory looked like at Preqin?
Overall, my career path has been characterized by diversity and growth. I began my journey as an analyst and was granted ample opportunities to expand beyond the confines of the job description. I was encouraged to pursue projects that captured my interest and to continue my education in relevant fields. This flexibility has enabled me to achieve significant milestones in my career.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy coding, cooking, videography, jewelry crafting, and playing football.
