The program is designed to ensure that new joiners receive the best possible onboarding experience. Your first week is packed with a series of collaborative and interactive learning sessions, where you get the chance to meet colleagues and make instant connections.

We understand that not everyone comes from an alternatives background, so Preqin Essentials is our way of providing a foundational understanding of the industry – while also making time for you to connect with our business, people, and values.

Sales training

Sales development – prospecting, value-based conversations, & discovery:

This program focuses on holding value-based conversations with customers, understanding their goals, and helping them achieve those goals. It includes team-based scenarios that apply the discovery content to specific situations, ensuring our sales team is well-equipped to engage effectively with clients.
